The Green Theory – How to Squeeze in Running in Your Busy Schedule

Determining if you’re healthy or not is hard to tell. Just because you are in good shape doesn’t mean that you are physically fit. There’s only one thing that you can really be sure that you’re healthy – it’s when you know that you’re doing a regular exercise. One of the best workouts of all time is running. Nothing beats it. Why, just doing this for 15 minutes will already make you sweat and burn a lot of calories in your body. Well, if you’re a yuppy and you don’t have the time for running because of your busy schedule, here’s a good pitch from Green Theory that you might want to try:

First, you will need to invest for a set of running shoes and I’m not talking about those pair of sneakers that you can buy in Divisoria for 150php. Buy the expensive ones because a high quality shoes will prevent your feet from swelling. Everyday, before you go to work, bring another set of clothes for your daily jogging. So after work, change your office attire into a running outfit and start jogging on your way home. Now it doesn’t mean that you have to run all the way home. You can’t give yourself a drastic transition like that. If you think that you’re already tired, then ride on PUJs or PUBs on your way home. If you will do this daily, right after your office hours, you will notice the difference. More sweat, more calories burning and more kilometers passed.
